It is capable of sectioning IPE beams and is one of the largest of its kind available in Italy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Specimen polishing machine:<\/strong> enables optimal surface preparation, making specimens perfectly smooth and ready for microstructural analysis.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Brinell and Vickers hardness testers:<\/strong> provide accurate hardness measurements using different methods, depending on the nature of the material.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Microscope and stereomicroscope:<\/strong> used for micro- and macrostructural analyses, especially in combination with acid etching tests.
